Sitra has successfully executed SCADA system project for Mumbai-Manmad-Mangalya product pipeline of BPCL through ECIL.
Sitra’s responsibilities are site survey, engineering, customisation and logic development for PLC logics, receipt & distribution of material along the pipe line, installation, commissioning, integration, SAT and warranty support at site for RTUs, PLCs and master station hardware & software. Currently the system is being maintained by sitra on behalf of ECIL.

- SCADA system for Salaya - Mathura pipe line of IOCL

Sitra was involved in field engineering, data engineering, MIMICs and database generation on ECIL’s SCADA software.Installation & commissioning of ECIL make RTUs along the pipe line.
Installation of master station hardware built around DEC alpha computer systems, netwroking, loading of software , data validation & integration of RTUs. Sitra was actively involved in engineering & implementation of SCADA system for 1700Km Kandla Bhatinda product pipe line of IOCL, consisting of 1 MCC at panipat, 10 station control centres, 10nos. of GE fanuc PLCs at stations and 23 nos. of ECIL RTUs at block Valves.

Sitra was actively involved in customisation, installation & commissioning of S/3 based SCADA system for Kandla Bhatinda pipeline of IOCL, built around one number of master control centre, 10 nos. of secondary control centres, 23 nos. of ECIL RTUs at block valves, 10 nos. of GE – FANUC PLCs at Stations. The MCC & SCC hardware is built around DEC alpha based computer systems running WIN NT O/S and S/3 SCADA software is used for data acquisition & control.
