Turnkey responsibility for site implementation of instrumentation package for the 700 Km Vizag – Secunderabad LPG pipe line of GAIL, including the DCS system for pump station control at Vizag terminal. Installation & commissioning of various instruments at compressor stations, block valve stations and conducting the site acceptance testing.

   Total responsibility from receipt of material at Mumbai port to commissioning and handing over to customer, 82 nos. of GE - Harris make RTUs, 2 sets of master stations hardware and networking on both the ends of the pipe line and 13 nos. of remote work stations along the 1500 Km pipe line.

The stage 1 of the activities were completed in a record time of 60 days, where in sitra has distributed, installed and locally commissioned 54 nos. of RTUs across the Jamnagar - Loni LPG pipe line (1500 Km) of GAIL.

Under stage 2, Sitra has commissioned the balance RTUs, master stations and remote work station equipment to the best satisfaction of M/s EIL and M/s GAIL. Our services are well appreciated by all the agencies concerned.

   Engineering, installation and commissioning services for Gas Authority of India Limited’s Hazira - Bijaipur - Jagdishpur ( HBJ) Gas pipe line SCADA project, through the multinational Invensys India Private Limited. Major responsibilities include receipt of material at Mumbai port, distribution, engineering, installation & commissioning of Foxboro make C 50 RTUs and Sun Solaris based master station hardware & networking.

Sitra has designed and supplied 3 nos. of micro controller based 48 channel serial line transfer switch for Invensys India for HBJ upgradation project.
