- Software Up-gradation and implementation of Disturbance recorder system for Durgapur Steel Plant, supplied by Crompton Greaves: This is being used for monitoring of disturbances in 220 Kv MRS sub station of Durgapur Steel Plant. Data logging and presentation to the operators and report generation are the primary tasks of this package.
- Software for Islanding and Load shedding of Durgapur Steel Plant Power network, based on under frequency: Sitra has developed this unique application for protecting Durgapur Steel Plant’s Captive Power units from Grid failures.

- System engineering and commissioning assistance for SCADA system for Power Distribution Network of ITC, Bhadrachalam built around GE - Fanuc PLCs.
- System Engineering services for Boiler Control system for IFFCO through BHEL and Simplex Systems using GE - FANUC PLCs.
- Maximum Demand monitoring software for Durgapur, Rourkela and Bokaro Steel Plants: Sitra under the guidance of ECIL has developed maximum demand monitoring software and is being used for monitoring the maximum demand at these individual steel plants and effecting prioritized load shedding in case the current demand exceeds the contractual demand.
- Data Exchange software between Master Control Center and Secondary Control Centers of KBPL project: This software was developed by Sitra engineers for ECIL for transfer of selected data from Master Control Center to the respective Secondary Control Centers of the Kandla - Bhatinda pipeline.
- Laboratory Administration software : Developed under Windows NT, SQL RDBMS and visual Basic GUI, this project is being used for Administration of a Contract research centre like registration, tracking of samples, report generation and invoicing.
